MSProject export to excel date format - Microsoft Community - Developer's Description
I am trying to export an MS Project into Excel workbook. However, after the export, the excel format include some of the date columns with Date and 'Time' stamp. Some of the date fields do not include the respective time stamp. I also tried changing the excel date format of these columns to remove time through excel formatting , but did not work. I think, this has something to do with the Global. I have not observed this crashing in past. You are correct! I am trying to ensure that all the Date fields exported from MSP have a standard dd-mon-yy format and excludes time format - Hr:mn:sec.
Baseline 1 Finish date field was giving me the time format. This solved the problem of excluding the time format. I think, I can get a work around by deleting these through an additional manual step.
